Program Specifics:
- Individual sessions every two to four weeks for a minimum of one hour. If geographically possible, sessions will be in person; otherwise a phone conference is utilized.
- A customized plan is created in partnership with the participant. The plan has concrete, measurable goals and benchmarks that can be objectively measured.
- Unlimited phone and e-mail contact available for "real time" answers and solutions for plan implementation.
- Articles, resources and adjunct material are provided to the participant to support their goals and success.
